I love coming here because it's really close to my house. The night crew here is very friendly and always stricken up a conversation with me! Morning crew is a bit different. More business like lol. Oh well ...as long as my drink is made correctly...I don't mind coming a bit later or maybe a bit sooner. Please stop here and check it out!! Place is clean. Bathroom is stocked. Plenty of places to sit inside and outside. I would love to see more merchandise.

Awful service. The manager is really nice but the crew acts like they hate their life. Drive thru is a miserable experience, sometimes going in helps. B/c it is Starbucks is the only reason they experience sales volume.

If I have to go to this Starbucks I try order inside if I can. The line for the drive thru is always 7 cars deep. One time I thought I struck gold when there were only 2 cars ahead of me when I pulled up but somehow I still ended up waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru line for 3 green teas. Never again! The inside seems to be a different story. I can go in and order and be out fairly quick. The parking lot can be a mess so I try to avoid this location all together, but sometimes you just can't when you're an errand girl.

Drive- thru: It's Starbucks with a poorly laid out drive-thru, which causes illegal turns taken coming from Clearview, and a total lockdown coming through the small, curved parking lot. I would not suggest attempting the drive thru during the morning rush. Interior: Glass encased for a maximum of natural light. There is always seating and half the customers there get work done, the other half chat quietly, all to the low, humming noise of coffee drinks in the making. It's comfortable enough to sit back and catch up. There is a mix of seating, couches with low coffee tables, round tables with chairs, a long table with benches on either side, and outdoors - more round tables with chairs. I have never used the internet, so I can't comment on the speed of their wifi. I like to read the newspaper there on my days off, before hitting the gym at Elmwood. Coffee is consistent Pastries & breakfast items have greatly improved since La Boulange came on board, but it makes me wish I was at La Boulange on Polk St in San Francisco, not at a Starbucks in New Orleans. La Boulange at Starbucks however is better than the extremely limited options they had before, so I am not complaining.

The drive through here is horrible! It never fails to frustrate and make me wait forever! I would rather get out of my car and go inside because I know my drink will be made right and not take 10 minutes.

Quite possibly the most poorly run Starbucks in the NOLA metro area. Not only is it nearly impossible to get into their parking lot and/or find a spot, but once you do, the staff will make make you feel like they are doing you a favor by taking your order.

Service was friendly enough; the condition of the store was not to Starbucks standards. I left the store hoping that I would get a email generated survey for this location. The bathroom was a mess, toilet paper all over the floor, the back of the toilet behind the seat didn't look like it had been cleaned in a very long time. There appears to only be one trash for the the entire (large) store and it was at the connivence bar which was jam packed and overflowing.

This starbucks is close to work. They seem to be pretty fast and rarely mess up my order. They don't like to give napkins in the drive through.

This is Starbucks what can I say! I live here. If Tequila runs like poison in my blood (thank you Kenny Chesney), then coffee is the antidote. Coffee, my favorite cushy chair and meeting interesting characters... What more is there to say. Violet is not as talky before java. ;-))

Most unprofessional Starbucks I have ever visited. I only go to this one because it is close to work. The employees are too concerned with talking about their late night excursions than doing their job. I have also heard them, on multiple visits, talking about the customers in front of them. Incredibly innapropriate.

This place won't be around much longer. The drive through is terrible. Customers in line for the drive through end up blocking everyone parked in the parking lot.

Typically the service is acceptable. My only real issue is that drive thru is so slow. Starbucks makes so much money yet they limit the amount of staff serving during major times.

The drive thru associate was rude and condescending. After I told him I couldn't speak louder because the car in front of me was in the way he snarkingly told me to calm down and "informed" me that the cars would move eventually, as if I were an idiot. This is not how a Starbucks should treat their customers. I would expect such attitude from a Burger King drive thru associate, not a Starbucks team member.

I love Starbucks!!!! This place is the same as most Starbucks coffee shops, addictive & a time thief!!!! LOL!!!! Very nicely tucked away in the strip mall across from Best Buy on Clearview. This location experiences the same influx & lull of patronage as most others. Great place to hang out and wait for a movie to start or a general meeting spot (among the million of others) in the Clearview/Elmwood Area. OOOOOOOHHHHHHH AND THERE'S A DRIVE THRU!!!!

Really nice people but their breakfast pastries are foul. I've given them a couple of chances but just drew the line when my 'Blueberry muffin' came out. It was literally tasteless and so greasy you could barely eat it. I'm not sure you could count this as food.

Went here last weekend and worth crossing the river. Order was correct, staff was polite, ample places to sit both inside and out and it was clean. Best of all the baristas don't argue with the customer over an order they make incorrectly. Unlike the manhattan blvd location. Which USED to be our go to spot for coffee on Saturday mornings. At least they got the hiring right at this location.

Excellent service. Come here very often. The people working behind the counter have already memorized my favorite drink and have been very attentive.

I love this Starbucks, I can get work done on the computer and have a great cup of coffee, the staff is very friendly.

Nice location and comfy inside with plenty of seating. I had an a relaxing tine enjoying my coffee before my movie started nearby

Not a lot of outlets, and they aren't flush to their wall or floor, which means if you have a Mac or anything with a large plug, it won't fit. Pretty noisy. Lots of light, place looks nice and they have outdoor seating. Near everything. Parking is not so good and there's something about this place that makes people drive like psychos.

While the customer service is up to Starbucks standards the drinks are not! In the handful of times I have gone to this location I have never once received the correct beverage. I gave them the benefit of the doubt before but after the last visit, where the Barista asked me how many flavor shots were in a Venti iced coffee, I will be avoiding this location at all costs.

Although you won't be able to tell by my Yelp check-ins (I never check in on yelp) I go to this location at least 3 times a week. This service is usually good but I've had quite a few instances of getting whip cream when I say NO WHIP... which is really annoying. (When the whip cream melts in a hot drink, it becomes an oil slick - yuck!) The coffee isn't always consistant. I've had my lattes over there be the best I've ever had at a starbucks and I've also had them come out tasting burnt or water down. The location is great and drive thru moves. I go in the afternoons. UPDATE: Here I am a year and a half later. I still go to this location, it is close to work but I am starting to take the time to drive to the one in River Ridge. The coffee here has just not been good. Order is wrong a lot of times and it tastes burnt. Whatever the manager at River Ridge is doing, is right. They need to get them over to Harahan STAT!

This location is always absurdly busy in the mornings. This is the main reason I avoid it - even though it's on my way to work. Typically I'll stop off at a local coffee shop on the Westbank, or the Marrero Starbucks, if I need a caffeine fix before work. It would actually better for me if I purchased my coffee on the Eastbank, so that I would still have some left upon arriving at work... but here's why it's not going to happen: If you wait in the drive thru, you're probably looking at a 10-15 minute wait on any given weekday morning during rush hour. Go inside? Add on at least another 5 minutes. I waited 20 mins from the time I walked in the door to the time I got my latte on Friday (needed some extra caffeine after Muses the night before). It's not that the baristas are slow. They actually crank out a lot of espresso at a fair pace. They're friendly, too, which is why this gets 2 stars instead of 1. If it weren't for the service, this would defintiely be a 1 star experience. I can't see recommending a 10-20 minute wait for the same beverage you can get at any of their other approximately 28196291 locations worldwide. Granted, I'm sure the wait time is significantly reduced at any other time during the day... but the only time I ever *want* a $5 coffee is first thing in the morning.

I like local. But, it's the only option out here other than PJ's. PJ's is local-ish, but their coffee isn't to my liking, so here I am. It's easy to sit here and grab a few moments of zen before my evening class.

A good starbucks location that has a drive through and ample parking.

It's Starbucks. Just as good, or mediocre, as all the rest. My pet peeve is that when you order a cafe au lait, a coffee drink that's twice as old and known in NOLA than Starbucks, at THIS location, the barista MUST correct you that it's a Misto. No, Starbucks, it is not. At least not in New Orleans. While in Rome, learn the vernacular. Or at least keep your snobbish better-than-thou attitude to thyself.
